This is a proposal about a resort-style senior housing complex surrounded by lush nature. The boundary area is designed as a luxurious gallery-style promenade space with a sense of refinement. This allows residents to take a leisurely walk and encounter various programs in various places. Surrounded by nature, the courtyard provides a place for rest, community, and private relaxation. It is designed to enable rich outdoor activities and emotional healing through diverse plants and programs.

조선 "백의"에서 느껴지는 흐르는 듯한 절제미를 주제로 깊은 자연에 둘러싸인 리조트형 실버타운을 제안하였다. 경계부는 품격이 느껴지는 고급스러운 갤러리형 산책 공간으로 조성하여, 여유롭게 걸으며 곳곳에서 다양한 프로그램을 만날 수 있다. 중정은 쉼과 커뮤니티의 장으로 자연에 둘러싸여 프라이빗한 휴식이 가능하다. 다채로운 식물과 프로그램 속 풍성한 외부 활동과 정서적 치유가 가능하도록 유도하였다. Collaborator: 디자인캠프 문박
