In Pangyo’s Unjung-dong Divine housing complex, where renowned firms showcase their designs, this project instead embraces a minimalist massing approach. The sharply divided horizontal volumes define private spaces for the family, with the courtyard and living room at its core. From the basement to the rooftop, personal spaces, a workspace, and a rooftop garden accommodate various activities and moments of relaxation. From the entrance gate and parking area, the home creates a sense of transition into a different world. While the outward appearance invites curiosity and expectation, the lived experience of the homeowner contrasts sharply—yet both offer distinct forms of aesthetic satisfaction.

유명 사무소의 설계가 즐비안 판교 운중동 디바인 단독주택 단지에서, 오히려 간결한 매스의 건축물을 구현하고자 했다. 극단적인 수평분할의 매스의 분할공간은 가족의 프라이빗한 마당과 거실이 자리하고, 지하부터 옥상까지는 개인의 공간과 작업실 그리고 옥상정원이 가족의 다양한 활동과 휴식을 담는다. 주차와 대문의 진입에서 부터 외부와 다른 세상으로 전이되는 구성을 보이는 운중동 주택은 외부인이 관찰하고 기대하는 것과 건축주가 실거주하며 느끼는 구성이 극단적으로 다르지만 모두에게 다른형태의 심미적 만족감을 제공한다.
