We proposed an environmentally friendly technology industrial hub, taking advantage of the terrain at the base of the Cheonggye Mountain and the flow of the central stream. The tiered architecture flows into terraced outdoor spaces, linking the central street and the stream. This creates a new urban model by seamlessly integrating the building’s interior and exterior. The terraces offer spaces for relaxation and recreation, as well as natural workspaces for the startup community. The natural environment, originating from the mountain, permeates the building's terraces and outdoor areas, creating a nature-filled tech hub.

청계산 자락의 산세를 이어받고 중앙 하천공원의 흐름을 통해 보다 친환경적인 기술산업단지를 제안하였다. 다단형의 건축의 흐름은 중앙거리와 하천을 잇는 테라스형 외부공간으로 이어져 일관된 조형으로 건물 내외부의 경계를 없애고 새로운 도시의 모델을 자아낸다. 각 테라스들은 일상적인 휴식과 여가를 제공함과 동시에 스타트업 단지에 입주 혹은 방문한 사람들에게 자연 속 업무공간이 되어준다. 본래의 산으로부터 시작된 자연은 건물의 테라스, 그리고 테라스형 외부공간을 따라 흐르며 자연이 충만한 기술도시를 완성한다.
