This project envisions a nature-focused complex for the new Cheongju City Hall. The rooftop garden, planted with flowering plants and sedges, enhances the eco-friendly government building's functionality while also providing scenic value. Each of the four courtyards captures a distinct native landscape of Cheongju. The project also looks ahead to 2050, proposing an urban development scenario that centers the complex in the city's future master plan.

새로운 청주시의 청사를 위해 자연의 가치가 함의된 단지를 구상하였다. 초화류로 구성된 옥상정원은 경관적 가치를 넘어 친환경적인 청사를 위한 기능성을 극대화하였고, 네 곳의 중정은 서로 다른 청주의 원생경관을 담아내었다. 더불어 2050년까지의 도시적 시나리오를 제안하여 도시 전체의 마스터플랜 거점으로 구상하였다. Collaborator: Jim Architecture, 범건축
